We are looking for a Legal Coordinator / Coordinator of our Legal Team (m/f/d) who is comfortable working in an entrepreneurial and fast paced environment. Legal Coordinator (m/f/d) is a central link between the Legal department and all other departments (e.g. finance, human resources, leasing, retail, marketing, partnerships and operations). Based in Wertheim Village.

About the role:

• Administrative property management in the legal area such as, but not limited to:
• Contract management (from drafting to archiving)-
• Management of collaterals (rental guarantees, performance and warranty bonds)-
• Insurance management-
• Monitoring and approval of shop units transfers
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail
• Monitoring and maintenance of various deadlines
• File and archive management
• Classical secretarial duties, in particular management of all correspondence in German/English as well as the travel and appointment calendar of the Legal Director
• Invoice management
• Budget control

Role requirements – all about you

• The you are passionate about fashion and style, and able to curate an elevated experience in the village, leveraging both tactical and positioning moments.
• Professional training and/or experience as a team assistant/secretary/office assistant/similar
• Professional training and/or experience in legal matters would be beneficial, but is not mandatory Good computer skills
• Ability to work in a team, good communication skills, high resilience and motivation
