Attention, please! The members of our Marketing & Communications Team have something to say—every day. No wonder, considering they're in charge of media relations, events, digital marketing, and digital communications, with which they shape BCG's image among clients, employees, alumni, and job applicants, as well as the media and general public. Bringing the Group's global thought leadership to the world, they ensure that BCG expertise and studies are placed in the right channel at the right time, and continuously develop our communications and marketing strategy.
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS)
- You're enrolled as a student in a bachelor's or master's program (ideally in business management, economics, politics, marketing, media and communications, journalism, or the humanities).
- You can work up to 20 hours a week during your semesters and up to 40 hours a week during your semester breaks. This is a temporary role for a period of 12 to 24 months.
- You're passionate about communication and enjoy working creatively.
- You enjoy writing and ideally have gained some initial professional experience in journalism or communication.
- You have a strong interest in business and economic topics and a good instinct for how to communicate them effectively.
- You have a good command of the software comprising the MS Office package. Familiarity with social listening tools and CRM databases is a plus, as is experience working with AI tools.
- You ideally have a basic grasp of graphics and video software.
- Excellent German and English skills round out your profile.
