British American Tobacco Switzerlandhas an exciting opportunity for an E-commerce & CRM Executive in Lausanne Your key responsibilities will include: Defining, taking responsibility, and implementing e-commerce strategies on various channels Driving sales and e-commerce growth by identifying and implementing opportunities via CMS and CRM. Content understanding and supervision of copy and visual content, flexible planning of actions incl. coordination with other departments and off-/online communication Developing and monitoring budget Managing projects with our technical development agency and internal stakeholders Overseeing and managing the different digital projects in scope and being the timeline guardian Overseeing and coordinating reporting and analytics across all digital channels Finding and coordinating synergies with other teams to identify successful strategies What are we looking for? You: Have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to deliver high quality in a fast-moving environment Are proactive, have a sense of ownership and take pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success Have a thing for technology and the digital world in general and are up to date in the latest trends ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field or equivalent experience A minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing / e-commerce Proficient English and/or French and/or German Experience in working with CMS and CRM solutions: Salesforce Working knowledge of reporting and analytics tools Basic understanding of technical development cycles (SDLC) Basic understanding of website/network architecture, and software integrations (DNS, APIs, etc.) SPECIFIC TOOLS Salesforce Magento Google Analytics Power BI/ Tableau BENEFICIAL Understanding of SEO, SEM & Traffic Acquisition in general Working knowledge of payment processing platforms WE ARE BAT At BAT we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
