Responsibilities Your k key responsibilities will include:
As the Partnership Specialist, you will play a role in driving our brands’ presence in the HoReCa and events sector, managing key partnerships and ensuring flawless execution: coordinating partnerships, events, and brand activations, supporting planning, execution, on-site delivery, and related social media activities in collaboration with internal teams, partners, and agencies.
Support partner management and day‑to‑day operations, including communication, coordination, contracts, and activation support across HoReCa, entertainment, and digital channels.
Track performance and drive improvement, contributing to ROI reporting, collecting feedback and results, and supporting content, visibility, and engagement across events and social media.
Qualifications
1–3 years of relevant experience in partnerships, events, marketing, or related field (experience in HoReCa, entertainment, FMCG, or lifestyle brands is a plus).
Strong coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, agencies, and external partners in a fast‑paced environment.
Detail‑oriented and reliable, with basic knowledge of contracts, compliance, and structured project work.
Fluent in German and English (spoken and written) – required.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, or similar field.
