WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Creating, editing, and maintaining maintenance plans in SAP
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities and maintain equipment records
- Managing spare part inventory and consumption to optimize inventory levels
- Master Date Governance (MDG)
- KPI Reporting (Cost Analysis)
- PO Creation
- One-on-one PA support for AIC/SAP
CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?
- Do you have prior experience with Manufacturing Controls Systems?
- Do you have knowledge & experience with SAP (CMMS)?
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Analytical problem solving, decision making, and negotiating skills
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently, be pro-active, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, possess a high sense of urgency and strong work ethic.
- Proficient in MS Office
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree in Technical or related field or relevant work experience.
BENEFICIAL
- Experience in an FDA regulated work environment.
- Knowledge/experience with Integrated Work Systems.
