your responsibilities

• Inspire, lead, and develop a talented bar and service team, fostering a culture of excellence and passion
• Ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience across all bar and lounge venues
• Design and curate innovative cocktail and beverage concepts that reflect both creativity and contemporary trends
• Oversee operational and administrative aspects, including budgeting, scheduling, and cost management
• Work in close partnership with the F&B Management and other departments to deliver an exceptional standard of service throughout the resort

your profile

• Proven track record in a comparable leadership role within the luxury hospitality sector
• Natural leadership presence and a true sense of hospitality, with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop a high-performing team
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, and beverages, paired with a passion for excellence in mixology and service
• Exceptional professionalism, flexibility, and resilience in a dynamic environment
• A sophisticated awareness of trends and the talent to translate them into elegant, innovative guest experiences
• Fluent in German and English
  ; additional languages are considered a valued asset
• European EU or EFTA passport or swiss passport
