You join Chemours as a Technical Marketing Specialist to support the transition to next-generation refrigerants across Europe. You work at the intersection of engineering, application development and marketing, collaborating with OEMs, consultants and industry groups to translate challenges into practical solutions. This is a high-visibility technical role that shapes sustainable cooling technologies and industry initiatives. You will influence customers, drive adoption, and contribute to market strategy in a dynamic regulatory environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead application development projects in refrigeration, air-conditioning and heat pump markets
- Support qualification and implementation of next-generation refrigerants with OEMs and customers
- Serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor to customers and industry stakeholders
- Identify and develop technical projects to support growth and market adoption
- Analyze field trial and application data to inform stakeholders
- Develop technical papers, case studies and presentations for conferences
- Monitor market developments and competitive activity to inform strategy
- Support codes, standards and regulatory activities across Europe
- Build relationships with universities, industry associations and standardization committees
- Collaborate with Technical Marketing, Business Development, Product Management, Sales, Regulatory and R&D teams globally
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering or related technical discipline
- Several years of experience in refrigeration, HVAC, heat pumps or related thermal systems industries
- Experience with refrigerants, refrigeration systems, HVAC technologies or heat pumps
- Experience engaging with customers, OEMs, consultants or other external stakeholders
- Strong analytical and project management capabilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in German and English
- Ability to independently manage projects in a matrix environment
