As Advocacy and Regulatory Manager for TSS Europe, you will shape EU regulatory strategy to support sustainable, safe refrigeration and energy solutions. You will work within the EU regulatory advocacy team to strengthen Chemours’ position in policy and standards, partnering with cross-functional groups and industry associations. The role centers on monitoring legislation, influencing policy outcomes, and representing Chemours at technical groups and forums. You will travel up to 30% and collaborate across multiple countries to enable the portfolio’s long-term viability and growth.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Develop and execute regulatory advocacy strategies aligned with TSS priorities
- Strengthen position in EU/EMEA regulatory regimes, especially in refrigeration
- Build relationships with stakeholders and industry associations to support operations
- Provide input on regulatory issues related to energy, climate, decarbonization, electrification, and sustainability
- Monitor EU legislation and advise internal stakeholders on impacts
- Represent Chemours in technical groups and national HVACR associations
- Engage with EU institutions and regulators to influence policy outcomes
- Present technical and advocacy arguments at industry events and forums
- Collaborate with internal teams (Advocacy, Government Affairs, Technology, Business Development, Sustainability)
- Liaise with OEMs and value chain partners to align advocacy strategies
- Support internal alignment through training and communication on regulatory topics
- Promote a culture of integrity and high ethical standards in external engagements
- Travel up to 30% depending on location
Zentrale Anforderungen
- University degree (master’s preferred) with background in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering a plus
- Minimum 5 years in refrigeration industry or related sectors
- Experience in international or multinational environments with matrix reporting
- Strong teamwork in multicultural, cross-functional settings
- Fluent in English and German; additional European language is a plus
- Familiarity with F-Gas regulation and/or ECHA processes or refrigeration-related standards
