Your Background & Strengths:
- Tech & AI Leadership: Proven track record in leading software engineering and IT teams, with hands-on AI/ML experience to drive innovation.
- Agile Mindset: Thrive in a dynamic, agile environment with fast decision-making and strong cross-team collaboration.
- Full-Stack Mastery: Expertise in web technologies, ideally JavaScript, Java, and Postgres, plus hands-on experience in AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Cloud & AI Infrastructure: Strong proficiency in cloud operations (AWS preferred), with experience in deploying scalable AI models and ensuring system high availability.
- E-Commerce & Automation: Ideally, experience in e-commerce (D2C focus), leveraging AI for customer personalization, recommendation engines, and predictive analytics.
- Global Communication: Fluent in English; German is a plus.
