Your mission
The DO School Fellowships gGmbH is a non-profit organization based in Berlin, Germany. Our core mission is to offer training and fellowship programs to empower young people globally to launch projects addressing global and local challenges around the environment and society. With our work, we are training the next generation of impact entrepreneurs in innovative educational and fellowship programs. The project you would be working on at The DO School Fellowships isbeVisioneers-a global fellowship that supports young changemakers building ventures for a more sustainable planet. Our events bring Fellows, experts and partners together to connect, learn and turn ideas into action. As (Senior) Events Manager, you will shape these moments, from our flagship Global Summit to the international ecosystem events where our Fellows present their work. You will report to the Ecosystem Development Director and work closely with our Regional Leads and the Program and Operations teams. This position covers a colleague's parental leave and is fixed-term until their return, expected after 12-18 months.

Ecosystem Events:

-
Adept at managing budgets and vendors
-

-
Able to optimize workflow for yourself and others using tech platforms (Notion, HubSpot, etc.)

Fluent in written and verbal English and comfortable in German, with additional languages as a bonus
… And will likely have:

- Setup and run efficient, scalable events processes
- Experience coordinating with an operations function on travel logistics for program participants
- A self-directed approach to working in an evolving environment
- Collaborative, empathetic, and efficient habits, with the self-motivation to also motivate others
