You will be part of the Risk Management team, being responsible for operational risk management and reporting to the Chief Risk Officer.

Key Duties (including but not limited to):
- Implement and maintain a state of the art operational risk management framework (Scoping, Risk Assessments, Definition of Key Risk Indicators, Design & Effectiveness of Controls etc.) on an international scale.
- Maintain the framework to ensure regulatory and group requirements are met.
- Support the business to identify risks, formulate action plans, assign action owners, set deadlines and validate with risk owners.
- Perform Quality Assurance on Risk Control Assessments (RCA), control documentation and testing results and provide expert guidance on topics.
Qualifications:
- Master or Bachelor in Economics, Business Administration or similar.
- Work experience of 5+ years as a process manager, quality manager or role in insurance core value chain processes (e.g. underwriting, claims, policy management, sales or distribution) or in an Operational Risk function in the financial industry (preferred). Alternatively, experience in Compliance or Audit within a multinational insurance/reinsurance company.
- Experience in risk assessment, issue/impact analysis and executive report writing.
- Basic understanding of Solvency II framework, with a particular focus on Pillar II is a plus.
