Role Description
The Video Editor will be responsible for planning, producing, and editing video content that communicates The Energy Lab’s philosophy, programs, and client stories across digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include assembling and refining footage, applying color grading, creating motion graphics, and integrating on-brand visual elements to deliver clear, engaging content. The role involves collaborating closely with the founders to translate coaching concepts into compelling visual narratives, preparing content for social media and marketing campaigns, and maintaining a consistent visual style. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Munich, requiring regular coordination with the team and occasional filming support during coaching sessions, events, or client features.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing to plan, capture, and assemble high-quality video content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, polished visual aesthetics across all materials.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create dynamic visual elements, titles, and explainer segments.
- Strong proficiency with industry-standard editing and graphics software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop or equivalent).
- Demonstrated ability to tell clear, engaging stories through video, with attention to pacing, sound, and visual clarity.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work on-site in Munich and respond to feedback constructively.
- Experience creating content for social media, digital marketing, or online coaching/education platforms is beneficial.
- Interest in health, fitness, and well-being, and alignment with The Energy Lab’s values of sustainability, respect, and non-judgmental coaching is a plus.
