Location: Grafenwoehr Exchange in Europe
Job Summary
Responsible for the oversight of seven (7) or more retail facility operations within the Exchange environment. This includes managing multiple locations as defined by volume standards. The role ensures compliance with operational guidelines and actively supports initiatives aimed at enhancing retail operations and achieving profitability objectives.
Essential Job Functions
- Directly supervises retail facility managers to ensure maximization of sales and profitability.
- Monitors and provides guidance to facility managers regarding financials, inventory, sales promotions, personnel management, and personal development.
- Assists General Manager with local command and community relations.
Qualifications
Five (5) years of experience in retail management, including at least two (2) years in a band 4 management‑level role, or equivalent industry level position within the last five (5) years.

Bachelor degree and three (3) years in retail management in a band 4 management‑level role, or equivalent industry level position within the last five (5) years.
Additional Qualifications/Requirements
Work – Onsite (Grafenwoehr Exchange-Europe)
- Remote/Telework not authorized per Presidential Memorandum “Return to In Person”.
PCS authorized for eligible associates. Relocation entitlements/allowances may vary.
