Platform Analyst : someone who has run part of an investment platform from the inside and wants to leverage that experience to work across many firms rather than one.

THE ROLE As a Platform Analyst, you bring real buy-side operating experience into our client work. You have sat on the other side of the table, in portfolio management, trading, or operations, and you know how an investment platform actually works, where it breaks, and what it takes to fix it. You will use that to help asset and wealth managers rethink how they operate.
In this role you will:
Diagnose how a client's platform works today, and where it loses time, money, or control
Design target operating models across the front, middle, and back office
Turn strategy into changes people understand and can implement
Bring an investor's lens to questions of cost, scale, and risk
Work directly with client leadership and alongside TGGC's senior team, with little in between
WHAT YOU BRING
5+ years on the buy-side , in portfolio management, trading, operations/technology. We weight them equally.
You have been operating / analyzing / advising / project managing as an internal. We are not interested in experience from pure external consulting.
Industry clout: You have a good feeling for how investment platforms run, and an instinct for what makes them better.
Curiosity that does not switch off. You ask why, you dig, you want to understand the whole system.
Clear communication. You can make something complex land with a portfolio manager and a COO in the same room.
A commercial mindset. You see where value sits and how decisions move it.
The right to work in Switzerland.
English is essential. German and/or French is a plus.
