Investment Associate

Deal Sourcing: Actively seek out and identify potential investment opportunities in the renewable energy sector through research, industry relationships, and market analysis.

Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential projects, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and market research to assess their viability and potential returns.

Financial Modeling: Create and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate the financial performance and projections of renewable energy projects.

Risk Analysis: Assess and mitigate potential risks associated with renewable energy investments, including regulatory, environmental, and operational risks.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, policy changes, and emerging technologies in the renewable energy sector to make informed investment decisions.

Support Investment Decision: Present findings and recommendations to the investment team, contribute to investment committee discussions, and assist in making well-informed investment decisions.

Project Management: Collaborate with project development teams to support the execution of investment projects, including managing timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.

Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, developers, government agencies, and other industry stakeholders.

The Individual:

Master\’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, CFA, etc.) is a plus.

Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably in renewable energy, infrastructure, or project finance.

Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.

Business proficiency in German & English.
