Overview
In this role you will lead the technical grid connection strategy for utility-scale renewable projects and own the electrical engineering aspects of grid integration. You will act as the main interface with TSOs, DSOs, and external technical stakeholders to keep projects progressing through milestones. Working closely with the project development team, you will identify risks and drive delivery in a dynamic, growth-focused environment. Zentrale Anforderungen
- Strong experience in grid connection, electrical engineering, or technical project management
- Background in renewable energy, ideally solar, BESS, or wind
- Strong understanding of the German energy market and grid connection processes
