Senior Project Manager – Land Acquisition (Renewable Energy) – Hesse, Germany Salary: €70,000 + bonus We are seeking a Senior Project Manager – Land Acquisition to join our client\’s dynamic team, focusing on renewable energy projects (primarily PV and BESS ) across the Hesse region. Your Role: Lead and manage land acquisition activities for new renewable energy projects. Identify, negotiate, and secure suitable land plots for large-scale PV and BESS developments. Work closely with local authorities, landowners, and internal project teams to drive projects from inception to construction-ready status. Manage due diligence processes and contribute to the broader development strategy for the Hesse region. Your Profile: Proven experience in land acquisition, ideally within the renewable energy sector. Strong understanding of the German real estate and permitting landscape. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Based in (or willing to relocate to) Hesse, with a deep knowledge of the local market.
