KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Design and implement cutting-edge digital Industry 4.0 solutions to streamline manufacturing processes and supply chain operations in dsm-firmenich production plants.
2. Develop and optimize strategies and best practices to achieve high levels of operational efficiency and quality to be later implemented on a global level.
3. Ensure technology integration by improving the automation and connectivity of dsm-firmenich manufacturing sites within the Central Manufacturing Organization.
4. Foster collaboration and innovation by working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to implement new technologies.
5. Promote sustainable practices within manufacturing and supply chain operations to reduce environmental impact and support corporate sustainability goals.

YOU BRING

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in operational technology roles within the manufacturing and process industry.
3. A blend of expertise in plant/manufacturing operations and information technology.
4. Proven skills in program and project management within a global, multi-national environment, with a strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies.
5. Extensive knowledge and experience with implementation of MES/MOM systems are essential.
6. Familiarity with SAP.
7. Excellent communication abilities, with the capacity to effectively translate technical terms for non-technical audiences and vice versa.
8. Strong competence in managing demanding stakeholders and maintaining positive relationships.
9. Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
