Luma is recruiting a senior creative in Germany to help brands and agencies adopt generative-video workflows and make finished partner examples.
Responsibilities
Help brands and agencies prototype generative-AI production workflows and create polished examples in Luma. Advise senior creative and business leaders, turn useful approaches into repeatable playbooks and return partner needs to product, partnerships and sales.
Requirements and eligibility
Senior client-facing creative experience as a creative director, creative technologist, technical director or similar. A portfolio of shipped work is required, alongside deep VFX, animation, motion or production knowledge and experience designing generative-AI workflows. Strong presentations and ability to build in ambiguous environments. Hybrid role based in Munich, Germany.
Compensation
