The Role
We are looking to hire a Channel Account Manager whose purpose is to work with industry agents in the UK market. The incumbent will be responsible for building our agent channel to sell our turnkey solutions and specifically for establishing the relationships, processes and operations to run the agent channel effectively and drive revenue growth for the UK market.
What will you be doing?
- Onboard new agent partners - ensuring they are well briefed on our products and services, clear on target customers, qualification criteria, commercial constructs and our processes.
- Provide support to partners to ensure success - answering ad hoc queries as we establish the channel and helping behind the scenes to ensure the agents are optimising opportunities.
- Establish the reporting and processes and ongoing data and account management requirements - ultimately managing the performance of agents.
- Develop strategies to improve sales/revenue.
- Work with our delivery teams to ensure our resource is drawn on for the right opportunities, that we get the right information from the agents to enable our teams to perform and that we are easy to do business with.
- Build trusted relationships with agents through formal and informal interactions.
- Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel.
- Provide support and guidance to partners on new product and solution offerings.
- Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company.
- Support the wider growth of channel partnership development across other channels and with the agent channel outside the UK.
