To strengthen our team, we are looking for motivated employees for the upcoming winter season 2026/2027.
- Prepare the daily room assignments and sections for Room Attendants.
- Assign daily tasks to housekeeping trainees according to checklists and operational requirements.
- Supervise and monitor the work performance of Housekeeping Porters within the assigned section.
- Report and document damage to furniture, fixtures, and property through the maintenance request system.
- Organize and oversee cleaning operations in accordance with LQA standards and ISO procedures.
- Prepare the maintenance and defect list for the off‑season/inter‑season period.
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper with inventory control and stock management.
- Maintain positive guest relations by responding promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests, coordinate solutions with the Executive Housekeeper, and document corrective actions.
- Manage lost and found items using the Infor system and coordinate the return of belongings to guests through the Concierge team.
- Inspect and ensure the proper care and presentation of flowers and plants in guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.
- Verify and coordinate the delivery of guest amenities and gifts according to the approved order list.
Your profile
- Previous housekeeping supervisory experience in a luxury hotel or upscale hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach employees.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining five-star cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Sound knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, and luxury service standards (e. g., LQA or Forbes standards).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to handle guest requests and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
- Knowledge of health, safety, hygiene, and infection control procedures.
- Proficiency in housekeeping management systems and Microsoft Office; experience with hotel PMS software is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are highly desirable in an international luxury hotel environment.
