Customer Service Advisor – German Speaking (Fixed Term Contract) (m/w/d) at the LEGO Group.

As part of our seasonal Customer Service team, you will support LEGO fans around the world during our peak season.
Responsibilities
- You respond to customers in English and German, both verbally and in writing.
- You communicate with customers by phone and email, handling topics including order and return inquiries, digital and app experiences, LEGO electronics, brand information, product quality, and feedback requests.
- You build stable and positive relationships with customers in an engaging way.
- You assess and resolve issues related to LEGO bricks using our tools and programs, which require solid IT skills to process inquiries.
- You are flexible with shift work, including some weekends, to ensure exceptional service.
