We produce solid dosage forms (tablets, coated tablets, film-coated tablets, capsules) for various indications and more than 100 markets worldwide in modern pharmaceutical facilities.

We are looking for motivated reinforcement for our team in the Business Solutions Team in the ICT area from May 2025.

• Start: From May 2025
• Working hours: Full-time (38.5 h/week)
• Fixed term: indefinite
• Location: Dresden

Your tasks

• You will be responsible for all necessary activities in connection with the IT systems – at both system administration and project management level.
• This includes the operational management, monitoring and support of the IT systems (HW, SW) with a focus on the new Manufacturing Execution System (MES) or Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), as well as its strategic support.
• Your activities include, among other things: Administration of clients and servers, user management, license management, monitoring of the system and interfaces, participation in the implementation of changes, creation of technical documentation and implementation of training, etc.
• You will also process tickets as part of 1st and 2nd level support and be involved in troubleshooting and problem solving, including documentation.
• Your area of responsibility also includes coordinating and following up on activities that have been handed over to our central IT department or external service providers.
• Your strategic and project-specific activities include: Project management or participation, as-is analysis, technical conception, resource and budget planning, risk management, independent implementation, implementation coordination with support from internal or external implementation partners, etc.
• You will also be responsible for system-specific life cycle management. This includes, for example, requirements specification, system selection, implementation, enhancements, patch and release management.

Your profile

• You have a university or college degree in computer science or a comparable technical subject.
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in the described field of activity in an internationally operating company.
• Ideally, you have professional experience with a Manufacturing Execution System (MES), e.g. PharmaSuite from Rockwell, or Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), e.g. LabWare LIMS.
• Ideally, you have practical experience in project management and can demonstrate training or certification as a project manager.
• If you have experience in ITIL and/or practical experience in the GxP environment, this would be an advantage.
• You are familiar with Office applications.
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English (from B2).
• Independent and autonomous way of working.
