What you do
- Product Strategy: Define and drive the long-term product roadmap. You identify market trends in the flexibility space and translate them into a scalable product strategy through a transparent process that incorporates both internal and external insights.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor the European flexibility commercialization landscape, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to ensure our products are ahead of the market.
- Discovery & Innovation: You lead product discovery to identify the next generation of our product features and define the requirements for the development teams together with the Product Owners.
- Stakeholder Orchestration: You act as a peer to the Sales, Trading, Engineering, Operations, Finance and Legal team. You manage high-level requirements and ensure that the product promises of our products align with our technical and processual capabilities.
Who you are
- You bring several years of experience in product management, trading, BESS or ancillary services industry
- Technical degree in engineering or related fields such as energy economics, energy engineering, electrical engineering, or similar
- You enjoy working at the intersection of technology, product, and business, and know how to balance customer needs, commercial opportunities, and technical feasibility.
- You combine strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, data-driven approach to prioritization and product decision-making.
- You are an excellent communicator with the ability to gather information, challenge perspectives constructively, and align diverse stakeholders around a common direction.
- You can translate technical and regulatory complexity into clear product requirements, features, and priorities.
- You bring a strong ownership mindset and are confident navigating cross-functional dependencies across commercial, technical, and domain expert stakeholders.
- Fluency in German and English is required
