The role partners closely with Buying, Local Operations, and Finance to support seasonal Open‑to‑Buy (OTB) planning, optimize financial performance, manage stock risks, and improve forecasting accuracy through data‑driven insights and statistical modeling. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liProduce and analyze financial KPI reports covering sales, margin, and stock positions /li liGenerate regular management reports to support KPI reviews and decision‑making /li liSupport Buying and Local Operations in seasonal demand forecasting for Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter Open‑to‑Buy (OTB) /li liMonitor terminal, slow‑moving, and obsolete stock positions and proactively highlight risks /li liPropose cost initiatives and support provision accruals related to stock obsolescence /li liSupport liquidation programs and the planning cycle for obsolete stock /li liEnsure outlet clearance targets are aligned with financial expectationsSupport day‑to‑day demand control and forecasting using statistical forecast models /li liContribute to continuous improvement of demand planning and stock management processes /li /ul h3WHATWEARELOOKINGFOR /h3 ul li1–2 years of relevant experience in retail planning, demand planning, or category support (preferably merchandising) /li liPrevious experience within a multi‑site retail or global department organization /li liDesirable: Experience in logistics, supply chain, or supply and demand planning /li liStrong analytical and reporting capabilities /li liResults‑driven with a focus on financial and stock performance /li liAgile mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities /li liProject management skills with the ability to coordinate across stakeholders /li liCollaborative and facilitative working style /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
