The Role
We are now looking for a Junior Financial Controller to join our finance team in Düsseldorf . This is an exciting opportunity for you who has 2-3 years of experience in finance , ideally from a Big 4 company , who is ready to take the next step and get hands-on in both financial and business controlling . You will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, supporting decision-making, and helping drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support financial controlling, budgeting, and forecasting
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to drive business performance
- Assist in business controlling and act as a finance business partner
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Collaborate with accounting and other departments to improve financial processes
- Be open to travel when needed
Your Profile
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in finance, preferably in a Big 4 company
- Strong understanding of accounting, financial data, and controlling
- Hands-on mentality – you like to take action and drive improvements
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Fluent in German and English
