Our client has a strong global footprint in the manufacturing sector and a growing group structure across multiple markets. Is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a fast-paced environment in North Munster. You'll shape employee experience, strengthen workplace culture, and partner with operational leaders to support day-to-day success across the production teams. Responsibilities Act as a trusted HR partner to supervisors and managers, providing hands-on support with employee queries, informal conflict resolution, and day-to-day people matters. Support engagement and culture initiatives that suit shift-based manufacturing teams, including wellbeing activities, team building, volunteering, and feedback-led improvements. Work closely with operational leaders on workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and the promotion of internal career opportunities. Partner with recruitment and HR colleagues to support hiring, onboarding, employer branding, and representation at local employment events. Use HR data and insights to identify trends such as retention, absenteeism, and skills gaps, and help guide practical solutions that improve performance and reduce turnover. Ideal Candidate 5+ years’ experience in an HRBP or similar HR role, ideally worked in a high-volume operational environment. Strong experience supporting production operatives, technicians, and operational leaders, with a practical and visible approach to HR support. A degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable. Good knowledge of Irish employment law and work permit legislation, Confident IT and data skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, HR systems such as CoreHR or similar, and the ability to use data to inform decisions.
