They develop and optimize international student recruitment along the entire customer journey. They analyze recruiting metrics and derive data-driven measures to increase reach, leads, and enrollments. They plan, manage, and evaluate international marketing and recruiting campaigns. They further develop CRM, reporting and marketing automation processes, utilizing modern AI-supported tools. They create dashboards, reports, and market and potential analyses for international target markets. They work closely with marketing, admissions, program directors and international partner institutions. They provide support at international trade fairs, online events and recruiting activities. Completed university degree with a focus on marketing, economics, analytics, educational management or comparable qualification Professional experience in international student recruitment, university marketing, CRM, campaign management, performance marketing or data analytics Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data and key performance indicators. Experience with CRM systems, reporting and analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio or Power BI) Confident handling of AI-supported marketing, analytics and automation tools Excellent written and spoken English skills as well as intercultural competence Independent, structured work style as well as strong communication and teamwork skills Gender and diversity competence, an inclusive and anti-discriminatory attitude, and a willingness to pursue further training in these areas.
