Maintain an extensive and refined wine list and oversee inventory and stock control. Train and support the restaurant team in wine knowledge and service techniques. Stay up to date with industry trends and innovations. Deliver memorable guest experiences with professionalism and attention to detail. Qualifications
Strong expertise in international wines. Excellent communication and guest service skills. Professional presentation and ability to create memorable guest experiences. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is highly desirable. Opportunity
