Freelance Project Manager - Logistics & Industrial Projects - Frankfurt Excellent opportunity for an experienced freelance Project Manager to join a growing project consultancy delivering large-scale logistics and industrial developments across Germany. This role offers the opportunity to manage fast-paced construction projects from planning through to completion while working closely with international clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams. Contract Type: Freelance / Contract The Resolute Group is working in partnership with a growing project consultancy seeking an experienced freelance Project Manager to support the delivery of logistics, warehouse, and industrial construction projects across Germany. The successful candidate will oversee project coordination, stakeholder management, programme delivery, and construction activities from early-stage planning through to project handover. Working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams, this position offers the opportunity to play a key role on large-scale industrial and logistics developments within a dynamic and collaborative project environment. Manage logistics and industrial construction projects through all project phases from pre-construction to completion Coordinate project teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and specialist consultants Develop and monitor project programmes, budgets, and delivery schedules Act as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders throughout project delivery Support procurement, tendering, and contractor management activities Monitor construction progress, quality, and health & safety compliance on site Lead project meetings, reporting, and communication between all stakeholders Manage project risks, change management, and programme constraints Coordinate project documentation, approvals, and handover activities Ensure projects are delivered in line with client expectations, programme targets, and commercial objectives Degree qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline Proven experience delivering logistics, warehouse, industrial, or commercial construction projects in Germany Strong understanding of construction project delivery, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination Knowledge of German construction standards, permitting, and project processes Ability to work independently within fast-moving project environments Fluent German and English language skills required Freelance contracting experience is advantageous If you are interested in this position, please feel free to apply through this link or contact Meike Tomlinson or Fiona Cooper via LinkedIn or call The Resolute Group on 0044 (0) 1332 653 911.
