Senior ICT & Security Engineer – Frankfurt
Excellent opportunity for an experienced ICT & Security Engineer to play a key part in the growth of an expanding International, Engineering and Design Consultancy.
Location: Frankfurt
Job Description:
The Resolute Group is working in partnership with an international engineering and design consultancy, assisting in the expansion of their ICT and security team with a focus on data center projects. This is a senior-level position offering significant growth potential in a dynamic, global environment.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage major ICT infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery meets the highest standards of technical excellence.
- Conduct cost and profit diagnosis, including feasibility studies and fee proposal preparation.
- Represent the company at technical meetings with clients, professional teams, and contractors.
- Oversee project delivery in line with the internal Project Delivery Process, including project management, financial oversight, and quality assurance.
- Prepare progress reports and modify schedules or plans based on project needs.
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to securing new projects.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, both within and outside the organization.
Qualifications required:
- A degree in engineering, specializing in ICT infrastructure or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in relevant roles.
- Experience delivering ICT infrastructure projects, including data center design, building ICT fit-outs, and migration/occupation.
- Fluency in English and German language.
Technical expertise in:
- Critical Facilities/Data Center Design.
- LAN Ethernet Switching and Campus Networks.
- Structured Cabling Systems and Fiber Optic Networks.
- Wi-Fi Network Communications.
- Telecommunication Network Infrastructure and Services.
- Data Cabling Containment Systems.
