Job Description
An excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join a leading consultancy specializing in mission-critical projects, with a focus on data centres. This role involves overseeing projects across all Leistungsphasen, ensuring successful delivery from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept and design through execution and handover
- Leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with cost, schedule, and quality objectives
- Overseeing procurement, risk management, and contractual obligations
- Reporting progress and ensuring alignment with client expectations and regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in data centre or complex infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of VOB and German building regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Class B driving license
