Salary: €50,000 – €65,000 basic + Additional Benefits (experience dependent)
Job Description:
The Resolute Group is working in partnership with a leading international contractor, who are seeking an experienced Bauleiter to support the delivery of large-scale industrial, commercial, and residential construction projects.
You will take responsibility for the day-to-day coordination and execution of construction works on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, to the required quality standards, and in line with the agreed programme.
Day-to-day duties will vary but could include:
- Managing and coordinating construction activities on site
- Coordinating and supervising subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
- Ensuring construction works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring works remain on schedule
- Coordinating different trades and construction disciplines on site
- Identifying and resolving construction and coordination issues
- Monitoring workmanship and ensuring required quality standards are maintained
- Supporting site inspections, snagging, completion, and project handover
- Maintaining communication with Project Managers, subcontractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders
- Supporting project reporting, documentation, and construction records
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety requirements and relevant German construction regulations
Qualifications & Experience required:
- Completed technical or construction-related training, degree, or equivalent qualification
- 3+ years' experience as a Bauleiter or in a comparable site-based construction role
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects
- Experience within industrial, commercial, residential, or similar construction environments
- Good understanding of construction processes and site coordination
- Knowledge of German construction regulations and VOB
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation
Additional requirements:
- German (C1 level) and English (minimum B1)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Independent, structured, and proactive working style
- Willingness to travel extensively across Germany (essential)
- Full driving licence (Class B)
