Job Opportunity: Site Manager / Bauleiter

The Resolute Group is working with an international construction, engineering, and architecture firm based in Dusseldorf, specializing in building construction across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Location: Dusseldorf (HQ) + Nationwide Travel (Germany)

Salary: €55,000 – €80,000 + accommodation / company car + fuel card (experience dependent)

Job Description

We are representing an expanding international company seeking an experienced Site Manager / Bauleiter. Future advancement opportunities include promotion to project leadership roles. The company has multiple offices across Europe with over 500 employees, focusing on design and build projects. Join a dedicated, quality-driven team.

This role requires nationwide travel throughout Germany. Flexibility and comfort with frequent site visits are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all disciplines involved in complete building construction
• Manage quality, safety, timelines, and budgets
• Prepare and execute subcontractor tenders and contracts
• Handle billing for construction activities independently
• Verify invoices and conduct on-site measurements
• Maintain project records and reports
• Assist clients during the defect liability phase

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Minimum 3 years as a site manager or 5 years as a foreman/polier
• Experience with large-scale industrial and commercial Hochbau projects
• Strong knowledge of VOB regulations
• German (C1+) and English (B1+) language skills
• Willingness to travel across Germany regularly
