Technical Project Manager

Location: Project based role, must be open to travel in the near of Munich and across Germany.

The Resolute Group are working with an international engineering company, who are expanding their European team.

The company spans across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Australia, with projects across the built environment, infrastructure, and energy sectors including bridges, wind turbines and other projects. Specifically, they are specialists in creating engineering solutions for their clients.

The core business for this innovative company is reinforced and post-tensioned concrete; with a focus on providing technical consulting of the full range of the works (from initial design, to detailed design, to construction).

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a high-performance culture by setting clear goals, coaching, and providing structured feedback.
• Continuously assess team performance through regular reviews and development plans.
• Collaborate with regional teams to share resources and gain competitive advantages.
• Participate in strategic meetings to align goals and ensure effective execution.
• Build strong relationships with leadership to drive organisational improvements.
• Set and manage ambitious commercial targets to enhance financial performance.
• Oversee cost forecasting and management, ensuring budget alignment with project plans.
• Assess and mitigate contractual, operational, and commercial risks in tenders.
• Drive business growth by developing client relationships and securing new opportunities.
• Ensure effective communication and information flow between clients and teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent experience in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Experience with Construction Management.
• Fluency in English and German, with other languages being beneficial.
