Job Description
- Manage and drive the performance of our OEM Partnership Team to maximize profitable growth
- Deliver annual growth targets, MP overall contribution objectives
- Lead and develop a team of sales professionals, marketers, and management roles who are accountable for the partnership experience associated with this segment
- Assist with complex sales negotiations, attend sales presentations, and support manufacturer supply chain partners
- Use a strong analytical foundation to uncover fresh and innovative insights that identify business opportunities
- Identify new OEM Partnerships to support sustained growth
- Cultivate a network of influential contacts at all levels to achieve sales objectives within assigned OEM partners
- Proactively build and maintain in-depth knowledge of OEM needs, industry trends and competition
- Build and implement integrated marketing and e-Commerce strategy to support the OEM Manufacturers
- Cultivate and establish a network of influential contacts with Sr. level executives and decision makers
- Fully own key performance indicators (KPI’s), P&L, budget and forecasting for OEM products segment
- Work collaboratively with other areas of the business to achieve company goals
Qualifications
- You have 5-10 years of sales leadership experience demonstrating steadily increasing responsibilities
- You have a proven track record of success in national account leadership, account development, project management, and data management
- Your communication, presentation, and people skills are top notch
- Knowledge of Supply Chain, E-Commerce, Marketing, and Food Service Industry a plus
- You’re passionate about complex sales negotiations, attend sales presentations, and support manufacturer supply chain partners
- You can accommodate up to 30% travel time
- Multilingual is a plus (German, French, Spanish, Italian, etc.)
