Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6
- Create resource-loaded schedules for all construction disciplines (architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, I&C)
- Coordinate with procurement team to align material deliveries with construction sequence
- Monitor construction progress and update schedules to reflect actual field conditions
- Identify schedule conflicts and critical path activities requiring management attention
- Prepare weekly and monthly schedule updates for project management review
- Analyze schedule variances and develop recovery plans when necessary
- Liaise with subcontractors to ensure alignment with master schedule requirements
- Support construction management team with detailed look-ahead schedules
- Participate in coordination meetings to address schedule challenges
- Generate progress reports and schedule forecasts for project stakeholders
Qualifications
- Engineering, construction management, or related technical degree
- 5years of construction planning experience, preferably in data center / pharmaceutical projects or other hi-tech projects
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar planning software
- Understanding of construction methodologies and sequences
- Experience with GMP facility construction is highly advantageous
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities in English and German
- EU work authorization or Blue Card eligibility preferred
