Job description

As an HR IT expert, your main activities include the following:

  • Support the HR community to analyze their requirements and design, configure, develop, train and test.
  • Support and maintain HR Applications (level 1 & 2), with Swiss Payroll focus (ERP HR, SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Talent management)) & ProConcept.
  • Analyze, implement et document new IT processes in the HR domain.
  • Perform regular maintenance IT tasks on applications.
  • Participate or take responsibility for some HR IT projects.
