In Zurich, its Corporate team partners with private sector companies on a wide variety of events, from international meetings and conferences to incentives and brand experiences around the world. /p pTo strengthen this team, we are looking for a /p h3PROJECT MANAGER EVENTS /h3 p100% (m/w/d) /p h3the role. /h3 ul liManage your event projects across the full lifecycle, from the client brief, sourcing and planning to participant management, on-site delivery and post-event close-out /li liTurn the brief into a clear operational plan, with timelines, task lists and project documentation that keep every phase on track /li liCoordinate internal teams, venues and external partners, and act as the day-to-day operational contact for your clients /li liPrepare and follow your project budgets, forecasts and reconciliations, and flag variances before they become issues /li liLead venue and supplier sourcing, quotations and negotiations, and support site inspections when required /li liContribute your operational expertise to proposals and client presentations, and take part in debriefs to keep improving how projects are delivered /li /ul h3what you bring. /h3 ul liAt least three years of hands-on project management experience in an event agency, delivering meetings and events for corporate clients; a background in hospitality or tourism is a plus /li liA solid understanding of the end-to-end event lifecycle and practical experience with budgets, cost tracking and reconciliation /li liThe ability to juggle several workstreams and deadlines while staying accurate and composed /li liA genuinely service-oriented and collaborative personality, constructive and solution-oriented when things get demanding /li liFluent German and English; French or another language is a plus, as is a good knowledge of international MICE destinations and venues /li /ul h3why you’ll love it. /h3 ul liA varied role with exposure to a broad range of clients, formats and destinations /li liAn international and collaborative team within one of the most recognised names in the industry /li liA people-focused culture where quality, hospitality and service are at the heart of everything /li liReal opportunities for learning and professional development /li /ul h3details. /h3 ul liStart date: as soon as possible /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
