You ensure not only visibility, but also execution discipline across projects and financial processes. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn business analytics and financial reporting, track project margins, monitor budgets, and provide leadership with clear, actionable insights /li liEnsure projects are well‑structured and running smoothly, in close collaboration with the project management team /li liSupport budgeting for pitches and proposals, and contribute to commercially sound decision‑making /li liMaintain a clear overview of revenues, costs, and project profitability /li liEnsure invoicing discipline, payment tracking, and overall cash visibility /li liReview contracts and ensure alignment with client procurement and commercial requirements /li liSupport team alignment, conduct selected 1:1s, and assist with hiring and onboarding when needed /li liParticipate selectively in client meetings and contribute to scope and pricing discussions /li liEnsure governance and internal processes are consistently applied across projects and operations /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li5–10 years of experience in business controlling, operations, finance, or a similar role, ideally in an agency, consulting, or project‑based environment /li liStrong analytical mindset, comfortable structuring data, tracking performance, and translating numbers into actionable insights /li liSolid financial understanding: budgeting, margin analysis, cash flow tracking, invoicing /li liHands‑on, pragmatic, and solution oriented.
