Area Sales Manager (m/w/d) Homeoffice

We are currently seeking an Area Sales Manager to manage the DACH region (Home office based, any location within Germany / Austria). As part of the EMEIA Sales Management team you will be supporting the development of strategy for not only your regional territory but also for the whole DACH area. You will develop and maintain the sales budget for the whole area including goal setting for your team Drive growth in sales, whilst maintaining GP levels in-line with corporate goals. Leadership and management of the DACH Sales Team, including staff performance reviews. Frequent contact and reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, EMEIA. Fluent German and English is a must Previous experience managing a Sales team is a must Experience with global CRM systems
