The role
As Night Host, you are co-responsible for the well-being of fellow employees, guests and our guest satisfaction on a daily basis.
Your core focus is to create a welcoming and unforgettable experience for our guests while being responsible for the safety of our guests and fellow employees.
During your shift, you are engaged in
- Performing common reception duties, such as checking guests in and out and providing information;
- Being at our Ubar and prepare delicious drinks for our guests;
- Doing some financial audit activities;
- Monitoring the sleep and safety of our guests;
- Helping prepare breakfast and ensure that the hotel is ready for the morning.

Next to this, the following requirements apply
- "Night auditor": previous hotel (or similar) experience is great, but it's not a must-have for us - if you're eager to learn we can teach you what you need to know.
- Fluency in English is essential, additional languages are a plus.
- Available during the nights. The shift runs from 23:00 - 07:00.
- You are comfortable working with a flexible schedule and adaptable working hours. Some weeks may require more hours than others, depending on operational needs.
- Must have a heart for sustainability.
- You are legally allowed to work in The Netherlands.
