Combining a Swiss public-interest association with mission-aligned commercial venture, we exist to establish Wealth Stewardship as a recognized field of research, education and practice for the 21st century.
We work with wealth-owning families, their advisers and the institutions that support them to strengthen stewardship across generations through research, education and public engagement.
As we enter the next phase of institution building, we are expanding our Founding Partner team.

THE OPPORTUNITY Very few people have the opportunity to help found an institution.
This is not a conventional executive role. It is an invitation to help shape an enduring institutional ecosystem.
As Founding Partner – Marketing & Communications, you will steward how The Wealth School is understood, recognised and trusted. Working closely with the Founder and fellow Founding Partners, you will shape the institution's narrative, identity and public expression across publications, programmes, partnerships, digital platforms, events and media.
We are not looking for someone to "do marketing."
We are looking for someone who can help transform important ideas into an enduring institution.
WHAT YOU WILL STEWARD
Stewardship of Narrative – shaping the intellectual and editorial voice of The Wealth School.
Stewardship of Institutional Identity – developing a distinctive institutional identity across every public touchpoint.
Stewardship of Meaningful Reach – building the audiences, partnerships and communication channels through which the institution's ideas travel while protecting long-term trust and reputation.
WHO YOU ARE We are interested less in conventional career paths than in exceptional judgement and the ability to build.
You bring an owner's mindset and a steward's judgement.
You know how to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives without reducing their depth. You combine editorial excellence with strategic thinking and disciplined execution, and you think in systems rather than channels.
You are intellectually curious, comfortable with ambiguity and energized by creating something that does not yet fully exist.
Your experience may come from executive education, higher education, publishing, professional services, philanthropy, media or another knowledge-intensive environment. The sector matters less than your judgement, your standards and your ability to create lasting institutional value.
WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT This is a Founding Partnership, not a conventional employment role.
During the institution-building phase, Founding Partners contribute on a sweat-equity and success-linked basis while helping establish the intellectual, organizational and financial foundations of The Wealth School. As our mission-locked ecosystem grows, partnership arrangements will align contribution, responsibility and participation.

Our ambition is that, years from now, having been a Founding Partner of The Wealth School will be recognized not simply as a career milestone, but as participation in founding an institution that helped establish Wealth Stewardship as a recognized field.
