Recruitment & Franchise Attraction Specialist

We’re growing and looking for a proactive, commercially minded Talent Acquisition & Franchise Attraction Specialist to help us attract great people and identify new franchise opportunities across Germany.
Sushi Circle is part of The Wonderfield Group, an international food business behind brands including YO!, Snowfox, Panku and Taiko.
This is a varied role combining recruitment, advertising and franchise lead generation. You’ll recruit for our Head Office teams while helping generate interest from prospective franchise partners to support our continued growth.
What will you be doing?
Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process for Head Office vacancies, from advertising and sourcing through to interview and offer.
Franchise attraction: Advertise franchise opportunities, source potential partners and generate quality enquiries.
Initial screening: Speak with prospective franchise partners, assess their suitability and pass qualified leads to our Franchise Development team.
Advertising & campaigns: Create engaging adverts, explore new channels and ensure our campaigns reach the right audiences.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers, Marketing and Franchise Development to deliver results.
Performance: Monitor campaign effectiveness, lead quality and advertising spend to maximise return on investment.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales lead generation or a similar role.
- Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using job boards, advertising platforms and sourcing channels.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A commercial mindset, creative approach and a focus on results.
- Someone who takes ownership, uses initiative and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
