This Is Who We Are

Theater Regensburg (AdöR) is a municipal company of the city of Regensburg. It is Bavaria’s largest municipal multi-genre theater with its own ensembles for musical theater, drama, dance and young theater as well as its own philharmonic orchestra and opera choir. The approximately 700 performances reach up to 180,000 spectators a year in the five venues, which are regularly supplemented by unusual outdoor locations.

What You Can Expect From Us

  1. Installation, operation and customization of PCs and notebooks as well as central resources.
  2. Coordination and processing of our support ticket system (1st and 2nd level support).
  3. Administration of various endpoint management tools such as Baramundi.
  4. Coordination and documentation of user and rights management.
  5. System maintenance and patch management for desktop and notebook systems.
  6. Customization of central services (e.g. e-mail, Windows Server Update Services, proxy, firewall, database applications), the server operating systems and the network infrastructure.
  7. Collaboration in the administration of the Microsoft AD environment with Azure Active Directory connection including Exchange Server.
  8. Support in the creation of backup concepts and data recovery (Veeam, Acronis, NAS) as well as in the processing and follow-up of IT procurement measures.
  9. Planning, coordination and implementation of IT security and the execution of various IT projects.
  10. Professional documentation in all IT departments.

What You Bring With You

  1. Completed training in the IT sector or comparable qualifications.
  2. Sound knowledge of the Microsoft product environment (Windows Server, Windows 10/11, MS Office).
  3. Knowledge of client management and basic knowledge of network technology and IT security as well as good knowledge of the virtualization environment.
  4. Analytical and conceptual way of working.
  5. Willingness to undergo continuous further training, especially with regard to new technical developments in the IT industry.
  6. Resilient, convincing personality and ability to work in a team.
  7. Very good German and good English skills.
  8. Class B driving license an advantage.
