ABOUT THE ROLE

Your main focus is preparing and serving breakfast and coffee for our guests and residents. You ensure a smooth, friendly and high quality morning experience and help create a welcoming café atmosphere.

• Prepare and serve breakfast plates for our guests
• Prepare and serve coffee using a professional portafilter machine
• Ensure the café and breakfast area are clean, organized and ready for business at all times
• Cover mainly morning shifts starting at 6.30 am as well as weekend shifts
• Follow and comply with all health and safety standards
• Refill and maintain vending machines to keep them clean, stocked and appealing
• Support basic reception tasks if needed such as welcoming guests and assisting with check ins

YOUR PROFILE

• You have experience in food and beverage or you convince us that you are a natural host
• You believe great coffee and a good breakfast can make someone’s day
• You genuinely enjoy working with people and communicate openly and confidently
• You are fluent in English and able to communicate confidently in German in daily operations with guests
• You enjoy a hands on startup environment
• You are reliable and comfortable with early morning and weekend shifts
