Aufgaben
- Ensure the Café is always clean, tidy and ready for business
- Cover shifts in the Café, serving breakfast, drinks and snacks
- Be friendly towards all customers and show an interest in the community
- Work with the Community Manager and the Venue Sales Manager to ensure the smooth running of events taking place
- Ensure that the vending machines are filled and look yummy
- Ensure you are up to date on all health & safety policies
- Computer tasks such as digitalization, researching, reporting, inventory, posters, among others
- Reception tasks and usage of company’s software to ensure the smooth running of the operations (Check-ins, key encoding, guest support during their stay at the hotel, among others)
Qualifikation
- You already have experience in the F&B area or similar
- You love coffee and food and always want to try new trends
- You genuinely love working with people. You enjoy open communication, are fluent in English (written and spoken, German is a plus) and you are a friendly and outgoing person face to face
- You are happy to work in a startup environment and have a strong “hands-on” mentality
- You are available for morning shifts starting at 6.30 am as well as weekend shifts
