Tasks
85% of our residents live in our location for several months and your goal is to ensure that this community has a smooth and unforgettable stay. Your area of responsibility therefore includes everything that happens in our community and at reception, for example:
- In addition to tasks such as check ins and check outs, you will ensure that our guests are looked after in the best possible way and be the contact person for all questions and requests from our community
- You are responsible for our community events (free and paid events) and organize events on site that our residents love and tell all their friends about – preferably also on social media!
- You support our guests with coffee specialties, soft drinks and small snacks
- You coordinate repairs, maintenance and housekeeping tasks, check compliance with our standards and process tickets in our property management system
- You take care of various administrative tasks, such as invoicing
Requirements
- You have professional experience in a field such as the hotel industry, gastronomy, office management, team assistance, event management or similar
- You can organize and prioritize your tasks effectively and keep a cool head even in challenging situations
- You are responsible, detail-oriented, very reliable and a real team player
- You enjoy community, apps and social media
- You have very good verbal and written communication skills in German & English
