Aufgaben Support our Community Team with classic front-office and reception tasks such as check-ins, check-outs and guest care Ensure warm and professional support for our guests as the first point of contact for questions and requests Set up the breakfast buffet and ensure an appealing and varied selection at all times Prepare simple cold dishes (e.g. cheese and cold-cut platters, salads) and drinks, including providing information about ingredients and allergens Welcome guests to breakfast and explain our food and beverage offering Qualifikation Ideally, you already have initial experience in hospitality, gastronomy or another service-oriented environment You are a true team player and jump in wherever support is needed Your open mindset and proactive attitude help you learn something new every day Your enthusiasm for excellent service inspires others and contributes to a great guest experience You are tech-savvy, comfortable using digital tools (e.g. booking, communication, or POS systems), and enjoy trying out new things You have strong communication skills in German and English You are willing to work shifts and weekends (morning and daytime shifts) Benefits We are a start-up and truly live the culture: flat hierarchies, open communication, and a positive, international work environment with passionate people We offer a competitive salary and a permanent employment contract You’ll also receive a monthly mobility allowance to make getting to the location even easier whether by subway, e-bike, scooter or car Be yourself with us there are no uniforms – come as you are Long-term development opportunities: we are growing, and new roles regularly become available, which we prefer to fill internally
