Freelance Business Developer (HR Services)

InTheHRChapter is seeking a Freelance Business Developer (HR Services) to expand our global market presence.

This role is ideal for a proactive, self-motivated professional with a \’hunter\‘ mindset, fluent in Spanish and English, who thrives in flexible environments and aims to grow within a mission-driven HR consulting firm.

Your responsibilities include identifying, approaching, and securing new B2B clients for TheHRChapter’s consulting services.

Location : Remote

Type : Freelance (success-based commission only)

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and reach out to potential clients with HR needs
2. Lead introductory meetings to showcase our services
3. Customize messaging based on client industry and profile
4. Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, meetings, closing
5. Maintain accurate records of activities in the CRM
6. Provide market insights and feedback to refine sales strategies
7. Develop client loyalty and referral programs

Performance Metrics

• Number of leads generated monthly
• Conversion rate per service line
• Revenue from closed deals
• CRM activity frequency and accuracy

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of B2B service sales experience, preferably in consulting, HR, or talent sectors
• Strong sales skills with a \’hunter\‘ approach
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Experience with CRM and digital sales tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Autonomous, analytical, and results-oriented
• Curious, open-minded, eager to learn
• Experience selling similar services outside consulting is a plus
• Knowledge of international markets (Latam, USA, Europe, MENA, Asia) is desirable
